Lewis Brisbois Welcomes Chris Rodriguez to Sacramento Office

Sacramento, California (August 1, 2016) – Lewis Brisbois is pleased to welcome Christopher R. Rodriguez to its Sacramento, California, office as a partner in the Commercial Litigation Practice. 

Rodriguez has a history of successfully representing clients in jury trials, bench trials and arbitrations in both federal and state court, focusing on government contracting, construction, health care, and financial services litigation, as well as disputes involving California state government agencies.

He has also successfully represented clients in numerous administrative matters, including public contracting bid protests in a variety of state and local forums.

In addition to his work in the courtroom, Rodriguez advises clients on a variety of legal issues involving regulation of industry by California state government agencies, such as construction and refinery regulations, and issues arising under the Administrative Procedures Act and Public Records Act.

His practical advice and insights enable his clients, which include some of the world’s largest companies, to make wise business decisions and avoid unnecessary expense and litigation.

Rodriguez received his bachelor’s degree from Harvard University in 1996 and his law degree from the University of California, Berkeley’s Boalt Hall School of Law in 2000.
