Alexa Bradley to Present CBA Webinar on Illinois GIPA

Chicago, Ill. (December 27, 2024) – Chicago Associate Alexa Bradley will present at an upcoming webinar on Illinois’ Genetic Information and Privacy Act (GIPA), hosted by the Chicago Bar Association’s (CBA) Biometric Information and Privacy Law Committee on January 2 at 12:15 p.m. CT.

This 60-minute session will explore the surge of GIPA cases in Illinois, provide a basic overview of the law, and analyze what may be ahead for GIPA litigants. CLE credits are available.

Ms. Bradley is an associate in the Labor & Employment practice in Chicago, and additionally serves as the Chair of the CBA’s Human Rights Committee and as the Legislative Liaison for the CBA’s Labor & Employment Law Committee as well as for the Biometric Information & Privacy Law Committee. At the Firm, Ms. Bradley’s practice involves the defense of businesses in employment litigation, administrative charges, appeals, as well as providing compliance counseling and training to employers.
