Lewis Brisbois Launches Corporate Landlord Practice

(February 19, 2025) - Lewis Brisbois has launched a Corporate Landlord Practice dedicated to providing top-quality legal services to existing and new landlord clients in the multi-family housing, single-family home, real estate investment trust (REIT), and commercial spaces.

The practice, which is co-chaired by Atlanta Partner Christine Tenley and Houston Partner Josh K. Davis, includes dozens of seasoned attorneys with decades of collective experience representing publicly traded and private businesses of all sizes on both the national and local levels. The team has represented entities ranging from single property ownership interests to corporations that own or manage thousands of properties nationwide.

The Corporate Landlord Practice covers all the needs of businesses operating in the industry, including evictions, licensing, compliance, insurance, commercial litigation, labor and employment, corporate need, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, property management, general liability, and risk management.
